علیرغم وضعیت حاد جسمی آقای کاظمینی بروجردی، موحدی معاون دادستان ویژه روحانیت در سلول ایشان حضور یافت و به جای انتقال وی به بیمارستان و درمان ایشان به اذیت و آزار و شکنجه روحی آقای بروجری پرداخت.
به گزارش فعالین حقوق بشرو دمکراسی در ایران [1]، صبح روز سه شنبه مورخ 8 بهمن 92 از ساعت 8 صبح وضعيت جسمي آقاي كاظميني بروجردي به وخامت گراييد، بطوری که درد شدید در ناحیه قلب و سینه باعث عرق سرد و رعشه در بدن ایشان شد و تا چند ساعت بي رمق در گوشه اي افتاده بودند و توان حركت نداشتند. اما با وجود چنین وضعیت وخیم جسمی، این زندانی عقیدتی حتی به درمانگاه زندان نیز منتقل نشد، بلکه بعد از ظهر همان روز موحدی، معاون دادستان ويژه روحانیت، به همراه چند نفر به بند ويژه روحانيت زندان اوین ( بند ٣٢٥) آمده با مراجعه به سلول آقای بروجردی وی را مورد آزار روحی قرار داده و به جای رسیدگی به وضعیت ایشان، با تمسخر و توهين با وی برخورد كردند.
دادگاه غیر قانونی و غیر انسانی ویژه روحانیت که زیر نظر مستقیم خامنه ای می باشد، آقای کاظمینی بروجردی را به 11 سال زندان در تبعید محکوم کرده است و ایشان که هشتمین سال این محکومیت را سپری میکند، با وجود بيماريهاي قلبي و تنفسی، كليوي و درد مفاصل از دارو و درمان محروم است، حقوق اولیه اش نقض شده از داشتن وکیل مستقل منع گردیده و اجازه مرخصی استعلاجی هم ندارد حتی یک ماه پیش که ايشان را به دادگاه ويژه روحانيت بردند، در حالی که زنجیر به دست و پایش بود به ايشان، پدر و خانواده شان توهين كردند و برای آزاردادن بیشتر آقای بروجردی، در تمام مدت وی را در سرویس بهداشتی دادگاه ویژه روحانیت نگه داشتند. این دادگاه فرمایشی همواره ايشان و خانواده را تحت فشار گذاشته تا آقاي بروجردي را وادار به سازش و تسليم با ولی فقیه آخوند علی خامنه ای نمايند.
فعالین حقوق بشر و دمکراسی در ایران، نسبت به وضعیت حاد جسمی آقای کاظمینی بروجردی هشدار می دهد واز کمیسر عالی حقوق بشر و سایر مراجع بین المللی خواستار دخالت برای پایان دادن به عدم درمان و اذیت و آزار این روحانی زندانی و سایر زندانیان سیاسی در ایران است.
Boroujerdi’s Serious Health Condition and Harassment by Movahedi
Deputy Prosecutor to Special Clerical Tribunal
According to reports received by “Human Rights Activists for Democracy in Iran”, despite Mr. Boroujerdi’s serious and worrisome health conditions, and instead of transferring him to a hospital, Movahedi, deputy prosecutor to Special Clerical Tribunal went to his cell to harass and psychologically torture Mr. Boroujerdi.
On Tuesday, January 28th, 2014, at 8 a.m. Mr. Boroujerdi whose physical ailments have been ever worsening, began to suffer severe heart pain accompanied by cold sweats and tremors. He laid in his cell without any energy to move, for hours. However, despite his medical condition, he was once again refused proper attention. On Tuesday afternoon, Movahedi, accompanied by several agents turned up at the Special Clerical Ward (ward 325), in Evin prison and went directly to Mr. Boroujerdi’s cell, in order to mock and intimidate him.
The inhumane and illicit Special Clerical Tribunal which is personally and specifically overseen by Khamenei himself, has sentenced Mr. Boroujerdi to eleven years in prison. He is currently serving his eighth years, while enduring various severe illnesses, from coronary, to respiratory/pulmonary, renal, joint pains and Parkinson’s disease. The regime’s security apparatus and prison authority continues to deny his requests for furlough from prison in order to receive the adequate medical treatment, doctor visits and check ups, to receiving proper medication.
He is also being denied all appropriate legal representation. He was dragged off to court in leg shackles and hand cuffs. His family members who were in attendance were verbally abused and pushed around. The kangaroo court once again threatened and pressured Mr. Boroujerdi into accepting to write a letter of repentance and apology to Khamenei. Mr. Boroujerdi has refused to sign any such letter.
Human Rights Activists for Democracy in Iran express their grave concern for Mr. Boroujerdi’s well being and call upon the United Nations Office of the High Council for Human Rights and other international human rights organizations to intervene in this case and demand that the Iranian regime cease and desist from further depriving and abusing this spiritual leader and other political prisoners in Iran.
